Lecture Notes

By clicking on the relevant lecture you will be able to retrieve my lecture notes. The example files contain some of the examples that were worked out during the lecture.  These notes are in Adobe Acrobat format. The Acrobat reader is a plug-in in Netscape and so the lectures should display automatically. If, by chance you do not have the reader, simply download it from Adobe.

Lecture Notes

These lecture notes are updated each year.  The updated notes will be posted on (and sometimes even before) the day of the lecture.  Although the differences are likely to be small, if you want the updated notes, when you download the lecture notes, check the date at the bottom.  If I have already delivered the lecture, but the notes are not dated the day of or the day before the lecture, try clicking RELOAD.  If that does not work, you need to clear your history in netscape.
