The Microstructure Approach to Exchange Rates: Printer's Errors

This page lists several printer's errors that crept into the first printing of "The Microstructure Approach to Exchange Rates," by Richard K. Lyons, MIT Press: Cambridge MA, 2001.

  1. Page 31 (lines 18, 19, and 31): lower case price "p" in text should be uppercase "P".
  2. Page 32 (line 25): "demands" should be "depends".
  3. Page 296: footnote numbers 26-48 should be 27-49 (no footnote 26 appears in Chapter 7).
  4. Page 112: The expression for f(V|X) should not have a p in the exponential function and the term (V–mean) should be squared. (I thank Professor Laurence Copeland for finding these.)
