Prof. Spiller has consulted on regulatory issues - including regulatory reforms and the design of regulatory institutions, antitrust and dispute resolution, including disputes among firms and among firms and governments. He has contributed to regulatory reform in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, the Commonwealth of Dominica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Jamaica, Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Peru, the US, Uruguay, and Venezuela. He is a member of The Board of the Institute for Transnational Dispute Resolutionand has been a Special Advisor to the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Economics, and was an elected Member of the Board of Directors of the American Law & Economics Association.
