To decompress the file, you will need to save it, to (say) "paper.zip", then decompress it using either PKUNZIP or UNZIP.
This will create an uncompressed Postscript file, which can be printed on a Postscript capable printer. Suppose the uncompressed file is called "paper.ps". To print it under DOS, you might type
