power and status

A great deal of work in the lab focuses on the nonverbal display of power and status. We are particularly interested in others' perceptions of our power and status depending on how we behave nonverbally. We also have projects examining power and status together and separately-these studies are interested in the psychological and behavioral consequences of possessing (or lacking) power and status.
