Announcements

• Welcome to Economics 201b.
• Change in Problem Set Policy: Starting with Problem Set 2, you must turn in your worked problem sets to Kike. He will not grade them, but rather record whether you made a serious attempt at answering the questions. While the exam on March 10th will still continue to be the primary determinant of your grade, for those students who fall just below the cutoff for the next higher grade, I will raise them to that higher grade if they have turned in their problem sets. In addition, for those students who systematically fail to hand in their problem sets, I will lower their grade by a third of a letter grade. (Jan. 23, 2005)
